Since I’m now looking for work I’m tracking a lot of tasks I need to complete in many contexts outside the dedicated 4+ sites I was using.
I started looking at taskwarrior again, which I have not used since before v3 and the switch to sqlite as a backend. Time to geek out on that!
However, I think I’ll use a hybrid approach, since the daily lists I maintain here are very useful, and my system for recurrent tasks is easier for me to track as a series of seven day templates.
This works because the daily lists are really all the many things I need to address before getting to a place where I can focus, and that is where the tasks come in.
